Need help with a basis for a TTTE OC.

Hello everyone, I need help on deciding on a basis for a new TTTE OC. I won't go into too much detail, but I will say that this OC will have a GWR Standard No. 4 boiler. That leaves me with a handful of locomotives to choose from.
Some GWR 2600 "Aberdare" Class
GWR 3700 "City" Class
Some GWR 4100 "Badminton" Class
GWR 3150 Class
GWR 3800 "County" Class
GWR 4200 Class
GWR 4300 Class
GWR 7200 Class
GWR 3100 Class (Rebuilt 3150 Class by Collett)
Rebuilt Former Barry Railway Class L
Please tell me which of these you think this OC should be, and the reason why. I would like to hear what you have to say.
Update: So far, I have a vote for the 3150, the 4200, the 3800 "County", the 2600 "Aberdare", and the 4100 "Badminton".
