Trying out this Palette Challenge:

Rinordered, answered palette 56 and Willo (hee hee, I kinda ordered her to select for me. 
)
So... here she is. The first of these.
The colors seemed kinda ,...swampy-ish to me, so now she's a fire candle ghost....swamp creature. But that explains the "ripple" effect because of .... swamp water. But really, I'm really kinda proud of how this turned out!
Willo is a Litwik character, which belongs to Pokémon and Game Freak and all that.
This palette challenge's palette selection belongs to FallenZephyr.
