Hello, my name is Susan Soltau and I like to consider myself as a "jack of all.....MANY" trades in the realm of arts and crafts.I've found Dragon Half Freelance because I enjoy getting lost in the magical and natural worlds alike and therefore, my goal as an artists is to combine these elements into both my 2D and 3D work.

I use a wide range of mediums and techniques to create pieces that I hope everyone will appreciate.  These include, but aren't limited to digital painting, acrylics, charcoal, colored pencils, markers, photography clay sculpting, and even leather crafting.  I am working towards doing more with conceptual art, animation, wood and resin art, cosmetics, along with creating cool props and items for LARPers and RPGers alike.  I love being able to bring a little magic into people's lives  either through fantastical illustrations, curious creations, graphic novels, or beautifully rendered pieces depicting  real life places, people, and/or animals.

 Because of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, I'm currently limited to selling smaller items/selling locally and working on personal projects like my comic series titled Rajin Edge of Darkness.  I look forward to being able to  go to conventions and festivals and being physcially there for art groups and marketplaces.  In the meantime, feel free to reach out to me here or any of my social media sites if you are interested in commissioning me or want to inquire about a product for sale.
