The story follows Blake Lovell (Christopher Abbott), father to his daughter Ginger (Matilda Firth) and husband to his wife Charolotte (Julia Garner), as he learns that his father Grady (Sam Jaeger) has died and is given keys to his childhood house. Blake decides to take his family up to his father's house up in the remote mountains of Oregan to clear it out and they soon meet a local named Derek (Benedict Hardie) who gives them directions to the house while riding with them. But Blake sees a creature standing in the road, veering away from it and crashing the rental truck off into the forest, eventually leading to the creature scratching Blake's arm and killing Derek. The story follows British singer/songwriter Robbie Williams, as he started life as Robert Williams and lived with his family: his mother Janet (Kate Mulvany), his grandmother Betty (Alison Steadman) and his father Peter (Steve Pemberton). Robert gets inspired to become a singer thanks to his father and Frank Sinatra as his hero. But once Robert's parents get separated due to Peter getting a new life, Robert follows his ambition to be a singer and after auditioning to be in a pop boy band managed by Nigel Martin-Smith (Damon Herriman), Robert eventually gets the part, joined by Howard Donald (Liam Head), Mark Owen (Jesse Hyde), Jason Orange (Chase Vollenweider) and Gary Barlow (Jake Simmance),

Disney 100th Anniversary: The Rocketeer (1991) (Watched on Disney Plus)Rated: PG, 1 hr. 48 mins., ⭐⭐ 1/2÷Disney's action/adventure directed by Joe Johnson, based on the 1982 graphic novel of the same name by Dave Stevens, as it's set in Los Angeles in 1938 where a stunt pilot named Cliff Secord (Billy Campbell) who finds a rocket pack he uses to rescue a friend during an air show and becomes known as "The Rocketeer", yet the rocket is stolen from Howard Hughes (Terry O'Quinn) by thugs working for Neville Sinclair (Timothy Dalton), a German spy needing the rocket while imposing as one of Hollywood's leading actors. This is pretty much an okay film for its set-up, effects, bits of humor, make-up, music and several memorable moments and quotes. But the action felt standard even if the use of the rocket help it stand out somewhat and, in most cases, it didn't feel as thrilling or fun as the Indiana Jones films. And as such, it's quite a so-so flick despite some of the recognizable actors
