This.. well this one is interesting. Started as an anatomy study/derp about and then I was like... I WANT TO PLAY WITH PENCILS. So I did. And this guy appeared. He's adorable and I think I might name him Tea. Prisma colours... 5 hours or so.

Overall
Vision Originality Technique ImpactThis is wonderful design first off. I love the overall design and the position of the tail and neck and head. the fact you managed to add saliva to the open mouth is hands down a nice touch. The anatomy is quite nice too.
Though you do need to work on a little bit of shading since there seems to be no 'true' light source designated. The angle though is a little generic though, if you experimented with a more dynamic pose, it might make a better impact.
If you fixed all these things or improved on them at least, it would be much better.
