Description
Here is my attempt to participate in the contest "Draw Pinocchio, 130 years after the birth" here in Italy.
It was so much that I wanted to try to do a mix between drawing and photography and this competition gave me the first real chance. I am fortunate to have no more than an hour's drive from home the "Pinocchio Park of Collodi", so this summer I went to get a good tour of inspiration and documentation. I took lots of pictures but in the end I found only two or three useful to draw on something, this is one of those.
This is the home of the Fairy, in my opinion one of the most delicious things of the park. The house is divided into two small planes and through the windows you can see Pinocchio resting in a very small bed! Downstairs there is this rather small door that I was immediately inspired by this scene. It is not much inherent in the story of Pinocchio, but ... I like!
