After the Turf War, Rylee and Everett found the two people from team Basketball. They were also mad that they were sniped by the team that was supposed to be helping them. “You're the girl from the turf war!” One of the inklings said. The group went their separate ways. Rylee and Everett chose the ‘Soccer’ team. When they got into the lobby to wait for a battle to open, Rylee explained the rules of a turf war.  “Just ink and splat people as much as possible.” She said, “The team with the most ink covering the map wins. But with these kinds of turf wars, it is a LOT more complex. There are three teams. A defending team made up of four players trying to defend the ‘Ultra Signal.’ I'll let you find out for yourself what it does if we’re on one of the attacking teams. The sun was setting and the girls were still talking. To Everett and Peacock’s surprise, no one in Inkopolis was leaving to go home. In fact, more and more inklings kept coming.
