Liam had recharged the Light he had inside him, borrowed from Gwyn. He just wanted to go back to his room in the chateau and look around for anything he wants to put in a backpack, in case something happened to them. And to see the state the chateau was now in.
He decided the garden would be a nice place to visit, he hadn't been there in awhile, he sure missed it. He wondered how well it has held up. He made his way to the garden, trying to keep his guard up without getting distracted. He looked over at all the plants, many of which had died. Whether it was due to the seasons changing, or the darkness he did not know. But it did make him feel sad.
Then he felt a prescence. Like something was watching him, stalking him, hunting him. He quickly turned around to find a shade of Merculio staring him down. He froze in fear as it leapt at him, swiping at him with it's claws. He threw his arms in front of his face, trying to block the attack, but causing the claws to cleave into his burn
Liam couldn't tell if he was imagining it or not, but as he left the Spirit's Rest he immediately felt a sense of dread.
Liam had decided to go and charge the crystal node within the hedge maze. How hard could it be? After all, when he first got to the chateau he spent all that time in the garden, and he sometimes helped trim the hedge maze. Now if only he could remember the layout..
He soon made it to the hedge maze, unsure how he didn't get caught by some monster on the way there.
"Maybe the monsters aren't that powerful.." He thought as he walked into the maze. He made a few turns through the maze and found himself looking at a hedge. That's wrong, he was sure there was a pathway there? Wait.. That's when he remembered the lovely part about the hedge maze.
The layout was never the same for long.
He decided to start walking right? Maybe that could help? 'Always stick to the right wall!" He'd heard people say before. He managed to make it deeper into the hedge maze, happy with his
He was alive. He knew that for sure, but something was off. Although he could see he still had his Appletun parts, Crumble hadn't spoken to him at all. He had just awoken from death, something he knew was possible in this place, but he didn't expect to experience it himself.
He had to talk to other tenants he saw to get caught up on the situation. Like why they were in the Spirit's Rest and not the chateau, why the sun was black, and why everything just seemed much more.. dire.
He looked up at the sky, thinking. He'd been awoken late into the month, with not many days of october left. He wondered if the chaos would subside by then. But he knew this was the end no matter what. He was just worried for the outcome of this end. He thought back to last year, where around this time he had been happily baking treats for the tenants to enjoy during the halloween party.
He was snapped back to reality when Gwynevere approached him. She looked at him before she spoke, reaching her hand out to
thanks for letting me know. I won't use the pony anymore. I'll prolly just keep the colours but completely change the mane and tail style so it isn't a copy.
