Thirty-years after Tokyo was obliterated by an unknown explosion, triggering World War III, the new city of Neo-Tokyo is built on a landfill in Tokyo Bay.
A glittering super-techno city and home to four million people, the streets are run by biker gangs, a military-like police force, a determined military force, and the super-tall skyscrapers are run by corrupt politicians and capitalists. A ravage city, totally unaware at the cause of its misery.
Soon to host the 2020 Olympics at the newly constructed Olympic Stadium and Site.
Lurking underground, however, lies the cause of Tokyo's destruction, and the epicenter of Neo Tokyo's unpredictable future...
