Why hello there, my name is Gregory Angel, I'm a traditional artist who enjoys drawing and converting characters into the 1930's cartoon style and welcome to my profile page! Here you'll see various pieces of my art which includes fanart of the game cuphead, fanart of other existing properties like cartoon shows and video games and original art/characters all drawn in the style of the 1930's! You may be wondering if all I do is draw and dote over the near endless creativity and charming style that is the 1930's cartoons, and yes you'd be correct! I'm genuinely and hopelessly snipped by the rubber hose style, to where I can honestly see myself drawing nothing else but the style for years to come! Although there's plenty more that I need to improve on, I won't settle or give up, not until I grasp the peak of perfectly emulating the style, flawlessly! But for now please enjoy your stay, and I hope you like my interpretation of the 1930's style so far. Oh and if there's a drawing you really like why not add it to your favoruites folder, and if you love my work feel free to add me to your deviantWATCH in order to stay up to date with my latest posts! They're all kind gestures they are, but there's nothing I appreciate more then a thoughtful, well founded comment, and me responding to said comment (despite the fact that I can't spell all to well and my nasty habit of typing long flowery paragraphs, plus it takes awhile to respond with those two weighing me down)! And if there's a character you want to draw yourself, just leave a comment on the drawing of said character or send me a note requesting permission to draw the character, and I'll respond as soon as I can! Oh and don't forget to credit me if you wish to post! Until then, here's hoping you have yourself a wonderful day and always keep practicing! (P.S. Sorry about making this bio extremely lengthy, it must be those flowery words kicking up again, but props to you if you read all the way up to here.)
I'm creating a cartoon. It's called, Forgotten Tales! It's about these forgotten and obscure characters that no one remembers from media going on wacky and crazy adventures.
Unlike a lot of artists I've seen your art actually captures the asethetics of the era while also looking unique. Great work!
Thanks for the watch my fine good fella! Hope you enjoy my cartoons and comcis
Aeh! Thank you for the watch, heh.
You're welcome NosaneTryhard. Your straggly sketch work sure does prove too interesting to turn away. Especially when regarding your long wispy creature designs with their frazzled fur, eerily intriguing beasts they are. As well as your recollection of your murky lucid dreams, reconstructed through the form of traditional art. I sure do look forward to your next piece! Oh, and thank you for favouriting several pieces of my artwork.
Oh, Thank you so much, heh.
I honestly didin't know you see so much depth in my work so I'm pretty honored.
I also really like your drawings too. You really have a good taste I must say, heh.
All forms of art hold precedence, and are worthy of discussion. Such as the piece's quality, presentation, its execution, the artist's gradually refining their craft or its decline. The work shown in your gallery is something that I must be kept up to date on. No doubt you reciprocate those same feelings on to my artwork, given you left a kind complement and added me to your deviantWATCH. Thank you for doing so NosaneTryhard, and I hope you expect nothing but the style of the 1930's for years on end!
