UPDATE: Thank you to those who've noted the group with their issues so far! I won't lie, it's been very disheartening to see all the bullying that has been going on that has only been brought to our attention now. We will be working hard to sort things out as best we can and work to contact people involved. It's not something that can be fixed over night so things may take a little while, but things will be done <3Hi EBC members! I've been watching all the journals popping up recently and I'll be responding to some of them soon. But before I do I wanted to address something now;
If you are being bullied by anyone in the group you need to tell us! It may sound a bit blunt when I say it but we can't be policing everyone's journals and comments on submission all the time so some things may slip through our fingers.
If it's an admin you're having trouble with then yes please tell us!! We will want to deal with it asap! We don't want any member to feel uncomfortable with talking to an admin.
Also a reminder that if you feel uncomfortable with noting the group about an issue you can note an admin privately if you'd rather it be dealt with that way c: I know it can be a bit scarey dealing with all the admins at once so if you'd prefer a one-on-one discussion then we'll be happy to help <3
I've seen some journals saying some of you find us admins intimidating and I'm sorry if you've felt that way. Whether it's the way we speak to you or just the fact that we run the group or whatever, I promise we aren't trying to be off putting on a personal level consciously.
I'm really sorry if any of you think I'm intimidating to talk to, but please don't be scared! I'm very busy irl right now so it may take a few days to respond but I will always reply :>
I want to respond to more things that have been brought up but in the meantime I want to ask;
Is there anything we admins can do to make us seem more approachable? I want to make sure talking to us isn't something you should be scared of.
