Alternate Rot un Wiss (1990-present)

Rot un Wiss is the historical Alsatian flag, and I think it's still used today more often in informal settings as the regional government uses another flag, which was inspired from the 17th century Alsatian coat of arms.

Here, I combined the Alsatian bicolor (Rot un Wiss) with the post-1990 Alsatian coat of arms, which is actually a combination of the CoAs of Upper and Lower Alsace. Very complicated, right?
