I have to say, for this piece just starting out as a doodle it certainly did transform to a lot more o.o definitely my favorite in my gallery thus far. I think I'm getting a little better with poses though backgrounds still scare me.
About the Character:
Allison Jones, though her real name is Mikah "Songstar" Evans. In a roleplay between
and I, there is this alternate time path where my Songstar takes this form to help guide them in setting things right. Though she was born in a desert city she becomes the guardian of the grass plains, I suppose you could say, at least the grass plains in the roleplay world. One of the weaker of the guardians but ever the flamboyant one. Her "father" gave her to a pirate to settle a debt, since then "Allison" has been living her life out, waiting, on a pirate ship called the Black Adder.

The details all over her clothes look fabulous. Drawing clothing really seems to be your strong point, after looking at tons of your pictures. You should probably more on the other parts of a drawing like the hair, bodies and faces. The difference between the clothes & the other stuff is there, but it won't take too much of an improvement to make it match up.
