European Socialist Workers Union

A part of my “A Westerner’s World” alt history worldbuilding project, in which Russia winning the Russo-Japanese war leads to the world never really decolonizing.

The European Socialist Workers Union (ESWU) was formed by the GSSR and ASCF shortly after the Depression war. This union was created for economic reasons, as the Great Depression was still ongoing, and military reasons, as the GSSR and ASCF were almost surrounded on all sides by hostile enemies. Over time, some nearby European countries would fall under socialist regimes, and the ESWU would invite them to this new but growing Union… someday the entire Union hopes to unite the entirety of Europe under socialism, but they have a long while to go…
