some tips:

◘ u can duplicat the final layer "tranparent" and click the one in background it should be down, then add blur to it 16% and diplicate it and change it frm 16% to 50%, and reduce the opacity of the 50% one to 50%, after doing that it should be lowing.

◘ u can use this to every transparent png file to glow it  :3

◘ u can make the lines smaller instead of "bold" B it will be more professional :3
