I didn't realize he gave me a reference of Yamamoto from Katekyo Hitman Reborn until my sister pointed it out and .. yeah.

I've never done a rain effect before so I really wanted to test it out. 8D;

I hate doing fan art.
I always want to make the characters look like the actual thing. Sigh.
