It depends on how much money do you like to spend
maybe 200-300 euro, think i can get a decent telescope for that amount?
OK, for this amount of money you can get a telescope for visual astronomy. Maybe a 8 inch newton on a Dobson mount.
For astrophotography you have to spent more money.
