So who is Dell to care that ive gone through 3 hard drives, 2 motherboards, 2 cd roms and 1 monitor..i mean what business is it of theirs?  its obviously a normal correct thing to have to talk to 10 different people, none of which i could really understand..and be on hold for 2 hours...its cool dell. thanks.you. suck.
