I have been approached multiple times on how to use novelAI and prompt recommendations. So here are tips from my experience with using novelAI, as well as some prompt recomendations. And like I said, this comes from my experience, if you have suggestions for improvement feel free to share and correct me, possibly with images+prompts as backup. Be as describtive as possible, use prompts to describe hair, facial expression, eye color, skin color, in my bust and muscle size, you can use prompts like 'school girl' for a general base, but the combination of the prompts 'white shirt', 'necktie' and 'blue skirt' will give a more detailed result. full body and muscular female are easy prompts to get quick results while starting out, but in my experience they lower general quality of details, like creating mushed faces or bad anatomy. That being said, muscular female is one of the better prompts for getting hyper muscles, but for me it required a lot of generated images to get satisfying
