So, for last night's status post, I realize I was speaking out of emotion. It didn't help it was super late at night the time I found the thread I had link (bare in mind, the thread was sent secondhand, I do not use Twitter, haven't for a very long time) and I didn't think to wait until the next day to do my due diligence. That being said, I still do not fully trust DA, but I will look further into this agreement they have with Opensea. However, I do not trust Opensea in the slightest to uphold their agreement to the fullest. I have had now four pieces detected as NTFs. I was able to file a successful DMCA takedown on one of them, another was lost to the ether because I was neglectful at the time and didn't have a full handle on the situation, but I have two DMCAs that are still pending. And I know this has become a worse headache for a lot of other artists, many bigger than myself and have to deal with possibly at least a hundred or more takedowns, if they all go through. I intend

Fuck DA for supporting cryptocurrency. Fuck DA for pairing with Opensea and knowingly allowing theft to run rampant there. Fuck DA for making core users pay for an NFT detection system for the very site they're paired with and doing NOTHING. And fuck Opensea for refusing legal DMCA takedowns.
