This dragon took me a while, despite seeming like a simple design. I went into it with the idea of making a christmas lights inspired Seawing. I don't think that translated at all while he's not glowing, but that's why I went through the extra effort to animate the glowing. The pattern on his wings is supposed to look like a string of christmas lights and the belly scales are supposed to be shaped like the light bulbs. He['s also supposed to be vaguely christmas tree colored. I tried... I hope you like this anyway!
