Her element isn't Fire. She's the Master of Amber, the power to absorb. She can emulate the power of anyone she's touched.

Spinel to Sonic

BACKGROUND:

Amber is an element in Sonic; however, it was not given to the Original Master of Amber by the First Elemental User, as the first master created it by absorbing other Elemental Powers using amber from a amber tree. It is generally associated with colors orange and amber.

History:

Many years ago, blacksmith from mobius envied all Elemental Masters of their powers. At the place where he lived, there was an ancient warped tree with a mystical amber ensnaring those that got too close. He then used his blacksmith skills to turn amber into the first steel to absorb fragments of Elemental Powers from their masters. In the way, the blacksmith created the new Elemental Power-Amber.

After the Great War, Hephaestus created four Elemental Blades from Steel to strip the Evil Twins power over all.

After a hundred generations, Amber was passed down to September's Prescott and then to Skylor, Skylor went out with her friends to use her powers to defend others and save people. After the war to take back the planet, Skylor still used her power more (since she secretly caught the eye of Nazo the Hedgehog) as such power and with that power to absorb others powers. This caught many people's eyes to go after Skylor's power.

Years after fall, Hepaetusus used his fire to create three elemental blade with fire.

Powers/Abilities:

Elemental Replication: It allows Skylor to absorb and replicate the powers of other Elemental Masters by only physical contact. However, Skylor does not keep the absorbed power permanently. She absorbs a limited amount that they will deplete by using it, or the power will fade away in time. When Skylor replicates an Elemental Master's powers, she also takes time to learn how to use them and record an attack technique to use it as her own.

Elemental Combination: Skylor can combine the Elemental Powers she has gathered to help attack or escape from enemies. There is only one known drawback with maneuver: Skylor would become exhausted from the strain of using more than one elemental at the same time. However, that seems to depend on either the effort or amount of time Skylor puts into combining the powers.
