I realized whenever I hit a low I start wanting to laugh. I think it's because I'm trying to cheer myself up subconsciously, saying that whatever has got me down isn't a big deal and I can get through it eventually. And it's true!But it definitely is a weird sensation. Feeling extremely upset and then the urge to laugh in my chest right after. It sounds like what a crazy person would do... It still hurts, but it definitely feels good that somewhere inside me there's a me that's strong enough to do that for my outside self.And you know one of those stupid things people do... They go look at things that hurt them? LOL
