Her name is Chuck? How odd.
I've never seen the show, but I've seen commercials and it seems very bright, so the brightness of this fanart fits the tone of the show well. I like the dandelion and the shading of the shirt. I think you could've made some more shadows in a couple areas (like where her hair meets her face, just to give it more realism and depth), but then again it would've been easy to use too much shadow and take away from the light tone.
Anyway, I think it's good. : )
