I am currently enrolled at the Gnomon School of Visual Effects studying in a 3 year program. Gnomon is the best school (probably in the world) for Visual effects and is located in central Hollywood, it is very rigorous so I don't expect to be posting often, although I will be updating my work regularly on my website : http://thefabiomarzo.blogspot.com/

Finally got my hands on a PC to work with, thanks to a good friend who gave me an old one of his. Seems like I am having trouble with 3DS Max, but photoshop is working and I am looking forward to spending some time with my wacom pad and my ideas!

Back to basics...

Seems I won't be doing any 3D rendering anytime soon. My graphics card decided to stop working with a sound that sounded like a whip crack. I guess it just didn't want to chug along over night rendering hugely intricate models and I don't have the spare income to invest right now in a new one.
...so it is back to pencil, paints and paper for the moment. Thankfully my watercolours aren't likely to short circuit, so it is giving me a chance to try and loosen my style up a little. I am even hoping to try my hand at some Photoshop character designs if I can build up the courage!
