Chapter Thirteen - Jay We'd travelled ever since the attack the previous day. We walked when we could, and whenever Solan felt up to it he would fly with us for awhile, just to stay ahead of any soldiers that might be pursuing us. It was stressful and tiring, and I kept checking behind me to see if the soldiers were coming for us still. Despite my caution, my fears went unfounded. No one seemed to be chasing us.
