Old Man Sketch

This is a drawing of an old Chinese villager I found in a book.
I drew this using a reference and two pencils (HB, 2B)
((by the way, I couldn't exactly post the reference pic since it's from this place I went to last month--I really don't want to go all the way back there to fetch a picture...xD)

I did not do any major digital editing, just lightened the picture a bit and blotted out some dirty spots.

Time: 2-3 hours quick sketch

I thought this would fit the description since the old man is staring far ahead....as if waiting for something he wasn't lucky enough to have.
