I can't remember why I created a DeviantArt account thirteen years ago, but whatever the case, I never posted anything at the time, and I proceeded to cheerfully forget all about DeviantArt, but this week, I logged into my account for the first time in years just to follow you. I had read bits of the IDW TMNT series here and there, with Northampton being an early highlight due to your artwork, but the writing mostly didn't do the trick for me. (Just a subjective thing I'd rather not dwell on, 'cause I came here to share positive thoughts, not negative ones.)

Meanwhile, I heard you had taken over the writing duties, so I leapt ahead to issue #100 and have read through #104, and... wow. This is what I wrote to my friends on Facebook after starting your run: "The art is... so enchanting it almost seems unfair, and cute to a weaponized degree, and the narrative tone is warm and intimate and wounded and generous. This is everything I have ever wanted from TMNT... Sophie Campbell is the greatest thing to ever happen to Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles."
