Top Ten Favorite Rob Paulsen Characters

With the recent announcement of a reboot for The Animaniacs I want to recognize Rob Paulsen who is a voice actor I already should have done this for because he is one of the all time bests. As diverse as the characters he voices are the one thing they all have in common is that they are all funny. Here are my top ten favorite Rob Paulsen characters. Honorable mentions include The Box Ghost and Nicolai Technus (Danny Phantom), Reuben (Lilo and Stich), Snowball (Rick and Morty), Arthur (The Tick), Buck Tuddrussel (Time Squad), and Bird Brain (TUFF Puppy).
