Since I never update my DA anymore, I figured I'd let everyone know that Instagram is my constant source of new work.  I update with whatever tattoo I'm working on just about everyday.  Look me up, it's "MattieMacabre"Simple enough.

I've been absent from DA for quite some time, something that isn't going to change anytime soon.  I miss the way DeviantART used to be, a community of artists doing real artwork, but now, it's a bunch of assholes drawing on lined paper or taking pictures of their fat bodies and slimming them out on photoshop.  That's not art.  Art takes passion, dedication, creativity, all of which are very lacking here.  I may occasionally post photos here but, if you're a fan of my art then I suggest following me on FB (tattoomacabre) and/or instagram (mattiemacabre).  Then there's always my website MattieMacabre.com.  Those of you who have been followin...

I'm tired of having hundreds of watchers, and all anybody ever does is add it to their collection.  Rarely do I get any comments on the shit.  See, the thing is, I'm not here to showcase my talents, yeah, I know I'm a good tattoo artist, but that's not good enough, I want to become better, and it's difficult to do that when I get no suggestions.  And adding the critique area, is just plain stupid.  If you can't get someone to write 5 words, how're you gonna get em to write 50?I fucking hate scratchers.  HATE EM.  And they are all over DA.  I've worked in this industry for almost 6 years now, and I have been very passionate about every mome...
