The creatures all take the losses as reasons to grow stronger and succeed in the war to change the Fair Lands, but the kids see pain and loss being pushed down. Horus and Liam, speaking from experience, attempt to help their friends through their grief, since the Horde sees such displays as weakness and the kids just got a modicum of respect. After Sally recalls Remembrance Day in the human world, the kids decide to help the Horde mourn in a ‘human way’. Liam uses his magic to share the feelings of all with each other, while Dylan plays the titular song on his phone and Ellie and Herschel make some Poppies.
