Don't be fooled, this is a fanart of Regene. 
I drew him (yes, Regene is a "he") in Yun Kouga's style when I had some free time the other night. I'm not particularly fond of his Innovator outfit and think he looks much better in a Federation uniform, so I drew this. The green border and stuff in the background are based on character design sketches found in the Gundam 00 season 1 DVD inserts. I put my little disclaimer in the corner beside the bio section on Yun Kouga.
