To anyone who sees this and also thinks her pose is awkward or would be painful: There are some real professional contortionists who are capable of bending way farther than this.
Considering that in canon Yoko is capable of all sorts of acrobatic feats, bending this way would be very easy for her.
So her pose is NOT unrealistic or out of character at all.

This is a very enjoyable picture as well, all things considered.
