Hello, my name is Lily, I am 17 years old and work at a video authenticity shop. My most recent customer was the 14 year old Tristan, and his little brother, Thomas. This month, it was Thomas's birthday. He was turning 2 and Tristan wanted to buy a gift for him. He was searching on Ebay, when he found a strange DVD listed with, "NEVER BEFORE SEEN! BABY EINSTEIN UNRELEASED EPISODE! EXTREMELY RARE!!!" The picture that came with it was a DVD labeled, "Baby Mozart, Bootleg Copy, Copyright 1999" written crudely in sharpie. The DVD was only 99¢. Tristan bought it and it came in the mail 3 days later. He gave it to me for review with Thomas quoting, "Scary Dragon, Scary Puppets, scoop, dig, scoop". "Hi, I have a feeling that this is a cursed snuff disc. Can you make sure Thomas doesn't get traumatized?" Tristan requested. I was freaked out when I realized the DVD was a cliché lost episode. I replied, "Sure thing, Tristan. I also have a legitimate Baby Mozart DVD from 1999 I can give to Thomas in case this one is cursed." I went upstairs and popped the DVD in the test room player and what I saw has scarred me for life. It started out with about a minute of static, which was odd because the DVD looked brand new. Come to think of it, why would I watch just pure static for a minute? That's gotta be boring. When it went to the opening, something was a bit off, the pitch of the music was lower and a bit faster then usual, and Cal the Caterpillar (yes I know his name)'s smile looked a little smaller, but it was still normal. After that, it went to the copyright warning, which was the same as every other Baby Einstein video. But after the warning, things were very off. It cut to Bard the Dragon just staring at the screen with a very weird look on his face, this went on for about a minute. I was like, "Is this some cruel joke?!" Then the screen started to glitch severely, and the background periodically changed to color bars. "Okay, I'm definitely getting trolled right now," I thought to myself. After that, it cut to some different toys and a fish bowl slowly moving and warping with distorted, reversed music playing. I could tell that the music was supposed to be "Air on The G String" by J.S. Bach. After that, things got even stranger. There were distorted noises of babies crying while a real life video of race car crash played. I thought, "how does this make any sort of sense?!" Then it cut to black for about 30 seconds, and then I saw Baby Neptune the Turtle with no eyes for some reason, just looking at the screen, for about 10 seconds. Then it cut to a Raggedy Ann doll, and its face turned into a skull, with glitching everywhere. Then it goes to the credits, which played in reverse with distorted baby cries instead of music. Periodically, Bard was staring at the camera like he was in the beginning, for a split second. Then it cut to Bard staring at the camera again. There was Japanese text in red translating to "Rest peacefully sweet kid. Death will awaken you from your sleep", and he was singing it. Then it transitioned to the animated Bard in a white corner. The rest of the tape was static and cuts of black and white. I had no idea what the hell that was even about, it made no sense what so ever. I said, "Yeah, this is traumatizing as hell." Anyways, I burned the DVD to my computer and sent the disc to the authorities. That night, something very strange happened. I threw up a lot and had a fever. Later, my mom took me to the doctor and they said the weirdest thing, I didn't have a virus. I was very confused and shocked at the same time. Anyways, the video was put up on YouTube by FruitcakeDog. The following morning, I gave Thomas the legit Baby Mozart DVD and he loved it! Tristan thanked me for saving Thomas's sanity, and now I end my story.
