I did a short stint in college as a Graphic Designer and did some college course art classes but my love for art has always been in my soul 
I am always looking to improve and learn new things about the art world! Ive recently been working on trying to embrace my own art style more and not trying so hard to emulate others or compare it to everyone else who is better or punishing myself for not getting the results I want and I fell much more at peace with my art then I have in a long time for it! =)

Some basic things on how to get known:
- Post art regularly (but quality over quantity)
- Be active
- Comment, fave, give llamas and watches to other deviants
- Use the Deviation ThumbShare forum (https://www.deviantart.com/forum/showcase/thumbs/)
- Post your art in groups, preferably large and active ones
Else:
- I can recommend the art forums for any art-related questions.
- DAWelcomeWagon has lots of tutorials about the site and how to navigate it.
- ProjectComment is great for getting art critique!
