Bliss's story has some holes and flaws such as Professor Utonium's reasons for creating her and why he got involved in her story and her relationship with Mojo didn't lead to anything, but I can ignore all of that about her story, her story is almost a joke like CN saying "CN: here's the 4th PPG!" hahahaha

But what makes me love Bliss more is its potential wasted by the writers because the idea of a new 4th sister of PPG had a lot of potential, but if it were made with love and care it would perhaps be better accepted by new and old

I decided to create my redesign of Bliss, I did it like this, I used the color violet-purple in her clothes and eyes (I already used pink with Bunny), I removed her hips and left her with a size so that her head is bigger than her sisters' (to show that she is a 12 year old girl) her clothes have a collar with white details, I made her hair longer (I made her hair inspired by a Bliss redesign done by Vampiremeerkat) and a little similar to her original counterpart I used the color blue but when she was a child she had brown hair, I made the tiara the way it is in the reboot and her skin is dark

I feel like the biggest problem with the original story was that the professor created her to compete with another scientist. It's better that he created her for the same reason he created the other girls, to protect others and be a light for Townsville. Make Bliss your first attempt at this rather than something else.

My story for Bliss is different but still maintains the excellence of the original story, I wanted to add differences to make it much better

The powers in this version are the standards of her sisters but she has cosmic powers, Electrical Generation, Telekinesis, Teleportation, invisibility, Super sense and Fusion, and yes her powers are based on cosmic things because they came from space since the chemical W originates from a cosmic meteor that fell to earth, I added a very harmful weakness for her, which is Very Loud Noise or Noise with supersonic vibrations, which ends up damaging her a lot and ends up immobilizing her powers when she is being threatened by sonic explosions, I I invented this weakness for her. Don't be a Mary-Sue and I'll diminish your powers too

She has a lot of problems with loneliness and loneliness. The only way she feels loved and safe is with her father or her older sisters. I created a relationship between the teacher and Bliss that was different from the 2016 reboot, after the creation of Bliss he didn't understand anything about how he raised a normal girl but he became a kind father who loves his daughter very much and always tries to spoil her and he is friendly (like in the classic era) after Bliss discovers her basic powers like flight and super strength he is very happy that he finally created the perfect girl and gives that headband to Bliss they had the greatest inseparable father-daughter and started to be happy close to Bliss, but when she ends up losing control, he tries to help Bliss and for this he gives her a watch that prevents her powers from taking effect, but when it breaks and Bliss accidentally destroys a school, the Professor defends her saying that she was just emotional and defending her for what happened (Being that Bliss felt very much that it was all her fault) and when Bliss ends up leaving and disappearing the Professor becomes a little depressed and sad because his only daughter had died (One difference is that Bliss didn't destroys her house, but ends up seriously injuring her father by accident in the middle of the park, causing several people to end up threatening her as if she were an enemy and making her run far away) and when Bliss returns home after years she ends up saving her father and her sisters from a monster of the time like in the 2016 reboot version, but here she meets him again in the middle of the street and she is not scared but calm and sad and saying "Teacher... I'm back" she ends up because of a building collapsing, she passed out and the Professor takes her home and tells the girls everything, after accidentally hurting Bubbles with her powers, she runs away again and saves her sisters from Mojo Jojo and talks to her sisters, she ends up seeing that didn't want to be away from her family anymore, even though she had problems with her powers, she returned home and returned to her family, now being the 4th PPG replacing Bunny who during this period became the leader of the Strongershine Girls, leaving the team and living a new life, in addition to Bliss seeing that her powers could cause problems and destruction she became very antisocial and avoided leaving the house, in addition the teacher has the idea for Bliss to go for a walk with her sisters and make Blossom Bubbles and Buttercup teaches her how fight crime so Bliss can have a new start with them so the girls try to cheer her up after everything she's been through so she can start over Bliss tries to have control over her powers so she doesn't hurt her sisters and after a while the girls have fun with her and Bliss begins to feel loved and starts to get along better with her sisters and in the conflict part of the Prof saying that she was not yet ready to save the city is because she is being controlled by Him and that he is not yet ready for Bliss to accept a new life after everything that happened, showing that some parents may not always be ready to accept their children leaving, but after facing it using her fusion power, fusing with her sisters and saving her. All over town the teacher felt proud of her and vented everything he felt about her being a hero and let her finally move on with her new beginning and so her life was like that when she's not fighting crime she's helping the Professor with some experiment to make up for what he missed about him or Playing with his sisters to get to know each other better.
