Orange Samurai Armour 2

A closer look at my scratch built orange Samurai armour. This view allows a closer look at the lacing detail of the sode (shoulder armour).
This lacing style is called sugake odoshi (sparse lacing) and was a more practical style used during Japan's Sengoku Jidai (Warring States Period)
My next suit will demonstrate a different lacing method.
I am very proud of myself for accomplishing something like this, and many more are on the way.
