The colors are all absolutely stunning, the perspective is gorgeous, the pose is agonizingly amazing!! I can't believe you got a pose this amazing!!
The rising sun in the background is sooo pretty!!
The color palette is absolutely beautiful!! It's so unified, and it all works together so well that this feels more like eye-candy than a drawing!! (That might be because it included all my favorite colors, though! But still!)

I love the stars in the eyes so much, it gives ties to Luna!

Now, if I had any critiques, it would be that one wing is very slightly higher/bigger then the other!
Also this is more of a joke critique, but you said in the description there would be glitter, and none of the glitter captures on camera!!! 
Of course, this is an absolutely gorgeous drawing, and it barely has any real flaws!
