a mother's joy

originally this was in black and white sketch, and i scanned it into the computer and ajusted the saturation and stuff to make it this colour. i wanted it to be warm.

anyway this is for the research of my art gcse, the topic is time, and the idea is that there's the mother who's been through time and then the baby who has yet to go through time, and they are frozen in time together.

also the mother is my mum and the baby is me. aren't I cute?
