I'm so sorry I'm so late with this ACEO, but there had been some problems... :/
Finally back to my rough sketchy style i used to love so much... but I'm not sure if it suits me anymore :S Anyway, there are glitters on the horns and also on the waves, you should be able to see them although they're not sparkling at the moment xD
