SMBX: Penguin Toad

This is Toad transforming into Penguin Toad from the New Super Mario Bros. series. Toad transforms into Penguin Toad with the Penguin Suit, and he can shoot iceballs, slide on the ground on his belly and swim similarly to the Frog Suit from Super Mario Bros. 3.
