If you need a magical girl or fairy for some story or idea or anything then you can used it for that as well. This idea was for a child for Flora X Helia, her colors reflect that. I'm leaving the power, name, etc. up to you, the adopter, so have fun. Please credit me for the dress design when you create images for this character.
