Unity is run by three branches. These branches are referred to as: Melchior , Caspar , and Balthazar . Though most citizens never fully agree with everything they do, they've learned to accept them as a necessity to maintaining the peace. Though not necessarily the leaders, each group has an appointed representative who deals with any issues where a public appearance is needed. These are the only known members of the branches; the identity of the rest are kept secret (and for the most part, never interact with the public/lead normal lives anyway).
