To Fight Fire With Fire

Entry for =GaiaDragoness's Contest!

Here is her character, Blaze, to the left and my Thorn to the right. I had quite the time choosing who and what to draw for this- there are so many interesting characters to choose from, but I wanted to add one of my characters interacting with one of Gaia's. At first I wanted to do something with Avekokokimi as she is my main dragon character, then Taiga since he needs more love, but as I was reading about Blaze I got the idea for this. Blaze is quick to temper and readily uses his fire breath and Thorn is constantly angry (due to her appearance and the hell the other dragons she grew up with gave her for it) and can light her whole body on fire while fighting. If these two were to ever meet it wouldn't be any time at all before the entire surrounding area was a raging fire and those two would be going at it. The image didn't turn out exactly how I wanted to turn out, but I think I'm happy with it all the same. I changed my mind about Blaze's pose halfway through lining it, but I've looked at it for so long that I can't even figure out how much of it is off
