Hello, everybody.  Sorry I haven't updated here in a while; I've been feeling blue, but I think I'm over it.  Call it "artist's block"...Ok, my goals right now are to get on Strago's dragon list, make a decent looking DevID (whipped that one up in about 20min...) and actually get my lazy butt up from sleep long enough to draw.Seriously though, I'm back!  For permanent this time, too!

Awesome!  I'm now a member of the SWDC (Silent Wings Dragon Club), AND I just got my WACOM tablet from Newegg!  Now I can start making some truly kick ass art!  wOOt!!!

The good first?  I got my scanner working, so I can finally start to upload!  Whoopee.The bad?  I'm gonna use this space to rant.  I have high hopes for DevArt.  I know I can draw, and I know I have the creativity.  Problem is, I'm totally new, not only to DA, but to the whole internet itself.When I first got on and made my account, I was all excited and ready to go.  After a while of staring at the sheer VAST amount of talent and ideas people already have up, I dunno what to do!  These folks all have their own comics, stories, clubs, and universes, and I ain't got nothin' 'cept a pencil and paper.Here's to hoping I can measure up!
