A scene from my in-progress Pintel & Ragetti fan-fiction "Paradise of the Mind." It's so in-progress that I haven't even written this particular scene yet!
It's set 5 years after AWE, and the Black Pearl's crew is still searching for Jack Sparrow. In this scene, Ragetti (with long hair!
) goes on about how they need to patch things up with Jack in order to save their immortal souls, and that he wants Pintel to try avoiding combat so Pintel won't die before he's forgiven. Pintel argues that combat is a big part of being a pirate, but he goes along with Ragetti's suggestion anyways.
Now Ragetti's saying "Pirates' lives for us, aye?" to try and get back to a cheerful subject.
