This was taken... In the dark. It was almost pitch black and it was chucking it down with rain. HDR of three images taken from under an umbrella on a tripod - not all that practical.
But hey, I tried, and it looks vaguely cool. Long exposures, ftw.

even though I got soaked and covered in sand, I still think it was totally worth it since this is awesome
