My name here, for Origin, Steam and also for Uplay, is Kommandant4298, but you may know me as Der Kommandant. I was a small time modder for Halo CE, and Battlefield 2, but switched to Gmod for my new creations and for most of my work. I have a strong passion with history with WWII as my main interest, but I also have an interest in modern day warfare as well, in addition to a strong knowledge about various special forces and modern day firearms. I'm a big fan of both Halo and Red vs Blue, along with Arby 'n' the Chief, but nothing like RvB. I also try to help my friends where I can.

Well. In the ongoing DCMA issue I've been having, DA emailed me today telling me that 10 working days have passed, and the CEO of Indian company Yearlater hasn't sent an injunction to DA to stop my DCMA Counter Appeal, so the Project Freelancer Logo was restored!
As British Comedian Joe Lycett has said in the past: "A Victory for the Common Man."
HOWEVER, The same day as DA sent me an email receiving my DCMA Counter Notice, the CEO personally contacted me over 2 weeks ago showing his copyright notification. After sending him my evidence showing how long the emblem has been up (the original back in 2004 in Halo 2, and the image uploaded back in 2013), I did offer him a deal in order to avoid taking this to court (I don't have a lawyer. Hell, I don't earn enough to see a protracted conflict here), which was once the image was restored, and within 24 hours of me being aware of it, I would pull it. It should be noted that I've not heard anything from him in the 2 weeks since.
