My first attempt to draw anime in this style. Using neon colors and using black for some of the shading. 
My friend from school made a deal. He said that if watch Jojo's Bizarre Adventure and liked it, then I have to draw one of the characters from that show. But I didn't then he has to draw one of my characters. 
As you can see, I lost. He told me to draw Josuke from Part 4.
As of right now, I'm at episode 6 of Part 1. And there's like 9 Parts. I'm really to catch up with everyone now. Thanks a lot, friend.
Anyways, I hope he turned out okay. I haven't drawn humans in a long time. (Hazbin Hotel doesn't count btw.) It feels a little weird. Mostly on the eyes. It's looks odd.
