I really admire how well you drew the hair! 
Though something i think that you could have done was to use a more bold or strong color,
because all the colors are so pale and doesn´t lead the eye anywhere, wich makes it harder to appriechiate, because the colors are too similar.
So next time, maybe add a dark blue ribbon or something
